I was going through quite a few TEDx videos and as usual fascinated by the thoughts of speakers and the ideas generated by everyone, made me think what potential one has, cannot be unveiled unless one isn’t ready to face the greatest fear of life. I started looking for more and more on TEDx and just jumbled upon this video.
Larry Smith’s talk about why you will to have a great career is an example of how one may not reach to his full potential due to some brave decisions that one always feared. Larry’s question about how you will respond to your kids – if you yourself has never took a step towards achieving your own dream and then how can you guide your kids to choose right path, is an eye opener.
Truly, the talk is worth listening and may be it will help you to find path to build your great career.
